G1 Soundwave. Cybertron Soundwave wouldn't have a chance and ROTF Soundwave didn't do anything besides keep tabs on things for the Cons.

G1 Soundwave, because we have yet to see RotF Soundwave in action other than humping a satellite. And Cybertron Soundwave? Please. G1 ownz.

ROTF has greater speed and firepower, so that might win the fight. He can also reach orbit and work there.
G1 has greater intelligence and skill, including some telepathy.
Cybertron has the best tech specs overall.
G1 might be able to lure the others into a trap. He would hide in cassette player mode and emit enticing signals. ROTF and Cybertron would come close and get blasted by G1. However, ROTF and Cybertron are very skillful and would probably avoid G1's fire.
G1 is much slower than the others so he would have to fight in one place unless he could arrange transport. If G1 doesn't win promptly, he would soon lose to the others.
This would be a close fight. I'd like to give it to G1 but the others are also excellent warriors. On balance, I think that Cybertron would win it.
