although the movie fallen has a lanky figure and is probably much faster and able to dodge, the comic fallen is actually on FIRE so he wins

Comic, no doubt. The movie Fallen was the bastard offspring of the Alien Queen and Emperor Palpatine. He wasn't even scary.

Yeah, the comic. At least you knew what it was he was trying to do, unlike the nameless revenge the movie variant sought.
Plus, the comic Fallen was infinately better.

You must not have paid attention to the movie then if you said you didn't know what he was doing. He wanted to destroy Earth, his brothers sacrificed themselves to stop him from destroying it. He was pissed and wanted the Matrix, which was left on earth. That giant weapon that harvested suns to create energon, hence the reason he was coming after earth. Try payin a bit more attention

He was pretty fragile compared to his comic counterpart though, so I think comic Fallen wins.

It's a tie, since The Fallen is a multiversal singularity, both participants are the same being.

Oh, Shadowman, you're no fun.
I'll cast my vote for comic. However, that comic Fallen, if memory serves, did like to hear the sound of his own voice. Having him go off on one of his 'concerto of carnage' speeches could give the movie Fallen an opportunity for a haymaker.
Or, maybe verbal diarrhea is a weapon.
HK, sometimes I think Furman gets a little crazy.

I'd say the comic version, because when he wasn't cut off from his power source by Jetfire, he just would NOT DIE.
Let's compare:
War Within Dark Ages The Fallen seemed to be immune to physical and projectile attacks, and he used his teleporting ability much more often. When Jazz tried to fire at him, he simply made a choke-hold gesture and in the blink of an eye was right in front of Jazz, strangling him. He was one of the Original 13 Transformers, and had god-like abilities. He had a tank vehicle form (though he was only shown with that form on the toy, but his looks in the comic itself strongly suggest this), and had a sword as a melee weapon.
Movieverse The Fallen was not quite as durable on the other hand, as he wasn't immune to physical nor projectile attacks. He could also teleport, but he didn't use it as often. For a melee weapon he had a Cybertronian spear, and he had no alternate from to speak of. (he changes into a jet on the toy, however)
All in all, I believe the comic incarnation of the character to be superior.

Actually, he had those powers because he was one of the First 13, Unicron only tainted his mind.
Nevertheless, Comic burns Bay-Fallen to crisp.

Thank you pointing out that error Chaoslock, although I've got a ton of TF lore stored in my cranium, I'm quite prone to making mistakes, especially on smaller details such as that. I remember the Original 13 stuff, including that The Fallen was one of them, but I think I got mixed up with his involvement with Unicron

And I agree, comic universe The Fallen has movie universe The Fallen outmatched.

Not really. The movie already dealt with the Original 13. (Seven Primes, six Seekers) So there wouldn't be much more other than to say they were all dimension-hoppers.

Not like that. Only if they decided to reboot the movies. This way it could explain that all the other TF universes happened in different...universes.

But it doesn't need to do that. The only people who are unaware of the different universes are people who are new to the series, and they figure it out quickly. We don't need a movie to tell us what we already know.

The comics version is supposed to be superior. However, how can we be sure when dealing with mystic powers?
