Predaking.

Skywarp is the key here. He can teleport a big bomb or other major weapon onto Predaking and destroy him. He might also be able to teleport key components away from Predaking, such as his head! The 'Ant Man' strategy is possible here: in cassette player mode, Soundwave could be placed inside Predaking by Skywarp.
He would then expand to full size and burst out of Predaking, causing major damage.

If these methods don't work, the jets have plenty of speed and might be able to wear Predaking down with hit-and-run attacks. Thundercracker's sonic booms might be helpful, especially up close. Starscream's null rays could paralyse Predaking if they are disruptive enough. However, Predaking has a large force-field and many offensive weapons, not to mention his great power and fighting skill, so the battle could go either way.

Alternatively, the four warriors might prefer not to fight Predaking. He is supposed to be their ally, after all. They may prefer another approach, such as leading Predaking to some nearby Autobots and letting him expend his wrath on them instead.
