Never read the comics, but if he's anything like he was in the movie, he has the psychological damage to his enemies down, but his other abilities are ass.

The comic Loki wins. The movie one was way too watered down.

The comic version appeared in Loki Season 1. The actor was Richard E. Grant. He was pretty powerful but there was no fight. They had to work together against a terrible monster. Comic Loki was killed by the monster but he gave movie Loki a chance to reach the Kang at the end of the universe. I'm guessing that comic Loki could have won.
