We're not even sure if they will be in the movie, but it appears both Skids and Mudflap will be getting figures in the DOTM toy line. Thanks to an eBay auction we get our first look at Deluxe MechTech Mudflap. The figure is shown in his Chevy Spark alt mode now sporting Mudflap's familiar orange deco. Unfortunately the figure is not show in robot mode. The images have been mirrored below.

Its looking nice so far. i hope he is as good as Skids (and actually has knee movement on him too.)

I was seriously going to be pissed if they didn't make him. I'm glad we're getting both Twins...even if they aren't in the movie.

This one at least appears to use more attractive colours than the ROTF ones. Maybe the black and orange will attract more kids and collectors than MUD BROWN.

I'm actually interested to see more. I really liked my ROTF Skids but wasn't satisfied with the Mudflap mold. So hopefully, they improved it this time around.

It's bugging me that the mech tech has a yellowish paint on it when the figure has orange stripes. I do hope the bot mode is better on this one then the ROTF Mudflap too.

Still haven't gotten ROTF Mudflap, can't find him anywhere. We do have that Skids repaint.
Don't mind that their transformation'll be easier, before skids rolls into battle, the battle's over.
Is it official that those 2 won't be in the movie?
I'd love that, because I'm convinced when they do get onscreen they'll snatch all the screentime away from cooler transformers.

Courtesy of Chinese toy site ACToys we have images of Transformers DOTM Mudflap Deluxe Mudflap in robot mode. Director Michael Bay's right hand man Nelson says the twins didn't make the cut for the upcoming film, but it looks like they will be hitting the shelves in the DOTM toyline.

It actually looks better than the original Mudflap, but if it turns to Shelfwarmer, I'm sure Pikachu will take care of that!

The sad part is that this, like all the other Mudflaps and Skidses, would be a modestly cool figure with a different head.

lol, does that pikachu come with it XD if it does then i would buy it for the pikachu and seel the mudflap. cus that thing is just ugly. i will only buy the twins if they are in the movie and that is a big IF.

Back kibble aside, this is an excellent representation of Mudflap. I'm not much into custom paint jobs, but I'm tempted to get a second one and do a ROTF repaint of him.

OK. Very meh on the figure but thoroughly creeped out by Pikachu. WHen 'Flap is facing the camera, Pikachu is staring at his ass. WHen he's turned around, Pikachu has angled just enough to look at his crotch. :shock:
