It came straight out of the package like this. The box shows it with the grill, and the galleries of it here at Seibertron show it with the grill.. so what happened? Has anyone else run into this problem?

RTS legends Optimus missing grill?

I don't know if this has happened to anyone else, but I figured I'd ask. I ordered the 6 pack of RTS legends from BBTS and got them last week. They are awesome and seeing them in person gave me a new love for them. The only problem is, straight out of the package, Optimus seems to be missing his grill piece. For example:

Easy fix...email BBTS and let them know. They'll send you out a new one or the missing piece if it easily attaches.

Yeah, mine has the grill but sometimes people get incomplete figures. From what I've heard BBTS will fix the problem for you quickly. Don't fret, just send them a polite email.
