im looking at repainting a wheeljack myself for a different project and was wondering if you had any problems with panel edges scraping off the paint and if any filing down had to be done.
 so far I haven't had any problems with paint scraping off panel edges (at least not on this custom), and i didn't need to do any filing down at all. The only problems I have had are down to my own human error, by leaving him in an ultrasound bath to clean him pre-painting for too long which loosened his joints a lot
