I don't think the Wi-Fi on set-top-boxes is robust enough yet.

RVU technology comes standard in most Smart TV's. I believe the Sony Playstation also has it. It gives you the capability to stream video and audio from your set-top-box wirelessly to these clients via a bridge.

Well, if you put 500 monkeys in a room with 500 typewriters for a year eventually one of those will write something coherent. Or something like that.

I know adult content is a big revenue-generator for these cable and satellite providers. Does this make them immoral companies for wanting a piece of that pie?

On the 1st page we discussed my preference for Asian midgets dressed as Rodimus or Galvatron who deliver my pizza. Not sure how we got from there to here.

As long as it's pics of Prince Adam making inappropriate contact with Adora, DG will love you for it.

End the He-Men stuff now. There's no need to encourage duragrip, he'll get there on his own.

Sorry, my bad.
Is it too late to place bets, though? Cause I'd like to bet on page 4 myself.

I wasn't aware Game of Thrones and Walking Dead were reality shows. I really wish someone would have told me sooner.

Have you seen all these dumbass teenagers on their phones? They might as well be zombies.
I don't know anything about
Game of Thrones other than the cool theme music. I stopped watching after episode 2.

It has those midgets you like so much, but not Asian ones, and they don't cosplay as Hot Rod or Galvatron.

There are a few gems out there, but overall, TV is lacking in the quality department. Especially family programming.

It's got the Lannister twins, though-...sorry, that's more up duragrip's alley.

Let's back to Rodimus' midgets.

Ecosystem. Sometimes the system likes to live in its "safe or comfort zone" Hence we get recycled genre over and over again. Before it was cop shows, vampires and now zombies. Same thing can be said in other countries. Being also into anime, the genre that sells the most keeps on getting recycled.
The horror is.....I'm a bit partial to what dg said about the 80s shows. Almost all the originality flourished back then. Try as I might at getting attached to a particular modern show, aside from NCIS and Bones....zip! nada! Walking Dead.......... ..at least until the Gov'nr arc.
90s? Well there was X-files (which kind of copied the original Kolchak:The Night Stalker ( okay it was the 70s)

I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for.
Two midgets re-enacting the end of Transformers: The Movie would be worth every penny of what I pay.

I'm going to call foul on the 80s tv being the best. Every decade has its hits and it's flops. Every decade is influenced by the one before. nostalgia also plays heavily into this.

Back in the 80's and 90's we got a lot more episodes for cartoons. Now we're lucky even if we get a handful.
