You didn't ask for it, but here it is! I've been building reading order/playlists for different series since Comixology still hasn't figured out how/doesn't care to. Most recently I put together a chronological reading order for the 2005 IDW continuity. You can, of course, just read the IDW Collections, but they aren't really chronological.
