If Armada has his minicon then the fight is about even. The show made it look like his null canons were only unlocked with the little guy, and that sword doesn't mean a thing in a fire fight.

G1 offcourse..........G1 starscream had no scruples........While Armada Starscream had some weird feelings toward humans who showed him kindness.........Altough Armada one is an incarnation of one, kinda, they are same character........"Pathetic Fooooollll.....theres no escape....."

I say that Armada Starscream would have a pretty good chance. Especially scince he's a thick-headed diehard with a concrete pride.
Win or lose, he's still the coolest!!

G1 has superior tech specs so he should win in a close-fought match. However, Armada has a big sword and (most importantly) Minicons. With one, he's better in combat. With two or more, he might overwhelm G1. On the other hand, G1 has null rays while I find no mention of the same weapons on Armada. For G1 to win, he should incapacitate Armada with null rays and then strike the killing blow. Of course, null rays work equally well on Minicons so that's another weakness for Armada. Given G1's general high level of competence, I think that he'd win, most likely.
