G1 Predaking Opinions

Postby Briggs » Fri Oct 12, 2007 12:42 pm

Hi guys, couple of questions.

1) Any visible differences between die cast and plastic predacons?

2) are the plastic versions still a sturdy figure?

3) What's a good approximate price for a complete Predaking (just the predaking pieces, forget the bots individual weapons)

4) Is his sword a special sword, or just a normal one used by one of the individual bot characters?

Thanks!

(Next *holy grail*)

I have the old g1 predaking and the new diecast one. the old one is beat all the heck up, but as far as sturdyness goes the bots look identical. The diecast waist peices, and all diecast body on the rhino of the new one add some weight, but they are not required to make predaking nice.

he uses a generic sword from the bots, I have him holding one on the top and one on the bottom of his fist so he can prettend he is darth maul :P

I saw a complete g1 set sell for 152.50 on ebay a few days ago.

the reissue one sells for 220-300 or more on ebay.

hope this helps

$40 for a foot, $20 for a fist. That is pretty crazy.
