that appears to be what hes selling - still using old prototype images for it tho and as an ebay uction its quite confusing with all the toyfair pictures in it

If you win he will warp it.

To Australia Customers:
I will ship your toys in two shipments:

1. The megatron will be taken out from box in Robot mode. I will warp it securely with bubble paper and put into a plastic box for shipment.

2. When you receive the robot, I will ship the empty box and manual to you in second shipment.

australia has an issue with these. customs will sieze it unless you either hae a good reason for having the toy and blah blah blah. Its such a hassle for them. I really commend this guy for doing this.

What's the real issue behind? Any special regulations regarding toy guns, like US laws regarding orange cap?
