Half of mine pop off whenever I transform him. If the actual ball snapped off, that would be a problem. My Payload figure has multiple parts that decide they don't want to stay attached

I coated the peg parts with a clear coat to tighten it a lot, preventing it from falling off esily.

I had my own share of "broken" disappointment.
The time i took out Japanese version of Movie Longarm from its bubble, and transformed him, the right arm just simple dropped to the floor. It's not even attached to the body.
