rare Cheetor

 being new to this forum and also Transformers too boot, really, i am in need of assistance and am not sure where to go with my question. so, mods, if this is the wrong place for this, please, feel free to do your thang.
so i got this 80's model Cheetor for my son... but no instructions, so he never *quite* goes together in Bot mode or Beast mode very well. does anyone have any instruction scans or pics of him i could look at and figure it out?
he's evidently a rare one, as i only found like 2 pics of him on the net. he's gold, green and dark blue with red eyes. i *think* he's from the Transmetal line?? i'm really not sure at all. :-? any help would be appreciated! thanks ;;)

is it that? I don't recall beast wars/cheetor being in the 80's, only in the 90's, but I'm not familiar with ALL g1 characters... but you can search on youtube maybe for reviews? I don't think there's one... I try transforming most of my transformers without the instructions so I just look at pictures to see if I'm right.

Cheetor & the Beast(Wars)formers weren't even a concept in the 80's, but there googling "Cheetor Transmetal Transformers instructions" should bring up some good results. I don't know of the exact paint scheme you mention, but it's very likely he's exactly the same mold as the one in the instructions and will transform the same way.
He may be a custom, or the one from the Armada line. Use Seibertron's toy galleries and just search Cheetor to look for anything similar.

Is it possible that it's just a bootleg? Molz check for dating around the inner thigh or feet, some sort of date or confirmation that it is in fact Hasbro. And it isn't a probability of it being from the 90's it's definite. "Cheetor" didn't pop up until the mid 90's, unless ofcourse this figure isn't cheetor.

Check TFU.info and search his colors or the name Cheetor itself.
