I actually really like Cybertron Snarl. Pain job is kind of boring, but the mold and weapon are very nice. The repaint into Weirdwolf last year was really cool, and the Black Takara version is excellent!

But Blaster, yeah..

I'm not too fond of the Blaster, despite the fact I actually like Cybertron Soundwave a lot. To me every time I look at Blaster I just see Cybertron Soundwave painted red. They definitely should have remolded his head or something. I think if they had done that, I may have been more into the figure. Of course, because I have no will power, I will likely buy him anyway.

Umm... I'm kinda liking "Blaster" though I'll probably call him Soundblaster and stick him with Deathsaurus, Megazarak, Bugbyte, this years Botcon set and anyone else I call Destrons (or as Counter Punch dubbed them, "Go-Bots.") I'm suprised no one else has pointed out the obvious about them, though. I think Blaster and Heavy Whoever are store exclusives like the other Classics repaints, Devastator and Magnus & Skywarp.

They look like WalMart fodder to me.

Not a big fan of Blaster. The head mold ruins it for me. And the LB/bird canister versus a Blaster tape form seals the "No" deal for me.

I'm actually a bit disappointed with this line overall. Galvatron as a tank... meh. Would have loved to see him as a modern day interpretation of his original gun form and not a tank. That's so Megatron. As for Powerglide, I'm do disappointed in the lack of red. His body is really top heavy too. I like Onslaught and will probably get him although I would have loved a more subdued color pallet. That cars are just OK for me.

Galvatron was not a gun. He was a heavy artillary cannon placement. With treads and everything. I like him as a tank, but a gun? "That's so Megatron."

Wow that is so crappy. If they want to do Blaster Justice they need to give him the MP3 treatment they gave Soundwave. That would be what I would pay for.
