Liege mentioned earlier that you could attach gestalt limbs to Metroplex like Minicons, I'd never heard of this before now, has anyone got a picture of that?
It sounds brilliant.
And just a thought on who's next, they used the Trypticon mold a few years back for Gigastorm so I'm betting that they are keeping it handy for an Encore Trypticon near Christmas.
... He is Metroplex's rival after all.
There's still a hell of alot of G1 deluxe's we've not seen reissued, Trailbreaker, Spinger and Sandstorm could you please stand up.

If eHobby can do Galvatron and all his electronics, they can sure as hell do Metrotitan.
That toy will be a personal milestone for me. I remember seeing it on tfu.info ages ago and being impressed at all the strange and wonderous Transformers I had never seen...

yes you can, to be honest, i love metroplex but i think it kinda ruins him, you just attach them like you would to the gestalt centrepiece and it just looks a bit naff

Nice to see Metroplex is getting a release. Although I will probably trust TFSource more than BBTS (of course this is subjective to one's opinion).
I had a chance to pick up Metroplex when I saw it at a ToysRUs when it was originally released. I had regrets, but after 20+ years later, the opportunity arises.
A little OT, as a kid, I chose Ultra Magnus over Metroplex back then. For one, I never had an Optimus Prime, so the white cab (a mirror/repaint of OP), I thought cool. Although, the way how it attaches to the armor was kinda cheesy though.

Liege Evilmus wrote:OH, and HAHA, take that to the KO companies and their suporters!
Now with this in mind, I recall an argument awile back saying Takara would never due a Devistator reissue because of the various KOs out there. Well if this doesn't put a dent in that argument, I don't know what will?
Oh man, well said Liege. Why Takara/Tomy doesn't see that we would eat up a legitimate Devastator release will always baffle me. Who cares about the KO companies? The only reason they are making money is because they are producing what us fans want that Takara doesn't seem to want to give us. They should know that just about any fan would gladly toss their KO Devastator to the side for the minty fresh legitimate real thing.
Collection Count: Just enough G1 & Classics to make this look good!
