allspark power incinerator i have seen in and out of box pictures my question is can the propellors/hands come off, from the box image it would appear that you can but i need to know.....

Yes they are removeable, in fact you have to attach them yourself. Although is you plan on removing them in bot mode there are still no hands, but it would be pretty easy to make your own, which is what I'm going to do.

They could have easily made it so that the propellers made a 90 degree turn and ended up on the sides of his forearms, and then hands could have slide out. That would have meant losing the spinning propeller gimick though, but that would have been fine by me.

Weapon: Reciprocating Laser Cannon
I took a Doctor Octopus figure, cut of 2 of his claws, and drilled them out so they press into the stubs from Incinerator's props. They're articulated, and with a little imagination, you can pretend the actually form from the prop blades. Here's a pic:
