Thought this was some Japanese fig, but not sure now.. the "Transformers" on the front fender makes me think it was some anniversary thing or something?

I think the name of that figure is Thunderclash, it's a G1 euro-only release I believe.

Yup Europe Exclusive Thunderclash.

Later recolored into Machine Wars Prime.

there are actually 4 on the evilness right now. 1loose 1afa80 and 2misb.

personally, I'd use the latter as your price gauge as they seem fair, but i'm no expert.
