BBTS's pre-order page for Henkei Ratchet has him listed as only available in "Sub-Standard Condition." Damaged packaging, mint figure.
Did I miss a memo somewhere, or is it not unusual that a figure that isn't even released yet is only going to be available in damaged packaging?
Is BBTS trying to say something about Takara's Quality Control?

I assume they have their own statistics on what % of every shipment arrives damaged. Thus they can pre-sell the damaged ones based on historical numbers. Or that is my guess.
