If only to give my Soundwave more cassettes, I will be getting that set for Slugfest and Ratbat.

Dinobot is the first and only Henkei figure that I feels is an improvement over the Hasbro version. He will be purchased. One small problem is that on the show Dinobot was light pink with tan stripes, not tan with light pink stripes. Oh well.

I'm still not sure of the Megatron, but I love the design of the Convoy. So now I will have it in Black, Silver and Red!

Yet all these pics of Masterpiece Grimlock, the Mickey Mouse Convoy and all those upcoming Encore and Henkei toys makes me wonder what is happening with Alternity Convoy? The silver and red versions are supposed to be released this month sometime - surely we should be seeing more pics of them? As far as I'm aware we haven't seen ANY in package shots at all! Anyone thinking Alternity has been delayed?

A black version of Alternity Convoy is going to be sweet btw! :mrgreen:

Great news with the Encore cassettes. Glad to see that a lot of these molds have survived. I would certainly like to see them release the other cassettes.

I'm getting the feeling that Mickey Mouse is much smaller than people expect. Based on the size of the pins and lack of detail, I am guessing that it is Deluxe size, but with an Ultra size price tag.

I really like the accessories that come with Grimlock. The brainwave transmitter is great. I am curious if Grimlock can turn at the waist.

The watch is cool, but the price - ouch!

Even though some of the Encore sets are not too appealing to us, I am sure they are appealing to the Japanese collector. Ramhorn, Eject, and Rewind were never released in Japan.

I've been out of the loop since Thanksgiving. What is the word on Hasbro releasing a Univ. Red Alert? Likely, Unlikely, Definate?

In other words, should I be pre-ordering the Takara one for triple the amount or will I be able to grab this off shelves for 10?

I don't own any Henkei figures, but Red Alert may be my first if it doesn't see a domestic release anytime soon. :-?

It would be nice if we would find out if Red Alert will be getting a Universe release. But much like the MP Grimlock situation, Hasbro isn't saying anything.
