What the heck is wrong with a red, white and blue motorcycle? Maybe he scanned something at a parade or stunt show. Seriously, my wife and I complained about this in the parking lot the other day... people have no taste for color in their cars. All you see in the parking lot is black, white, off white, beige, grey, black, gray... where did the freaking color go? How horribly boring.

Dodge is hording it all for the 2010 Tributes to American Muscle...the Challenger, the Charger, the Daytona, the Dart...no, wait...scratch that last one.
Seriously though, I have noticed the trend. I do cabinet finishing and customing painting of all types so I notice this sort of stuff when I'm out and about and when in clients homes. It is just a trend for the most part and eventually something new will come along. Myself, I do all black nearly all the time and I don't see that changing anytime soon but that is just my own personal style and preference. (I certainly don't let it influence my work style and I never steer a customer towrds using black/dark tones unless they bring up the idea first.)

I don't mind Reverbs color but it does tweak my brain that the colors of this guy and his counterpart seem reversed considering their factions. And both kind of pull my mind in the direction of Cybertron Ransack and Ransack GTS.

As soon as I saw this, I thought of that Gobot Dart. I just couldn't remember his name. My best friend had him when I was a kid. One of the cooler Gobots.

I do like that bio.

On a side note, I can forgive Arcee's unicycle botmode. It doesn't seem too bad on a smaller TF but that giant Constructicon? NEVERRR! (he said in his best Animated WASP impersonation)

I actually do like to see repaints before the originals come out. It lets me pick the better one first. I'm still bitter about Cybertron Galvatron, I get Megatron then they make the same figure in the most awesome repaint ever. Had I seen Galvatron before buying Megatron I wouldn't need as much therapy today.

Ah, someone like me, who thinks the repaints are often better than the original! Most of my Cybertron collection is repaints.

And I'll probably buy both of these figures, since I like motorcycles and plan to buy a lot of the ROTF Scouts.
