What do you all think Jetfire looked like when he was younger? What do you think he was before the Blackbird? I think it would be cool if Hasbro released a Voyager class figure showing this.

It would be cool if he looked this awesome in his youth.

Before a Blackbird he was a white and red jet with a red rocket booster...he looked something like this:

I think it would be awesome if they created that concept art, but they would probably just repaint Classics Silverbolt, or Classics Jetfire with black (which would actually be pretty dang cool).

well his spark was still contained within the ball he ripped from his chest.. who knows maybe Jetfire can be reborn, as a modern Stealth fighter.. say use a design similar to that and make him the F-117 Stealth Fighter...that would be cool.. especially since Jetfire is supposed to be alive in current continuity.. though by the great war in the original series He is no where to be found...??

I still want him to have the cane.

Am I the only one who thinks the cane is awesome? He decapitated Mixmaster with it, how much cooler can a cane get?

Based on their resemblence, I'm gonna assume this is young Jetfire.

That's interesting concept art for someone who isn't Jetfire, definitely.

But Jetfire when he was young would probably look a lot like Jetfire when he was older, except a lot taller.

I was totally not feeling the cane when I first saw the figure. But after seeing him in the movie, I simply must have the cane!

One of the prequel comics (Alliance or Defiance) briefly shows Jetfire's alt mode before he came to Earth.

I forget, were you one of the 2 or 3 who actually sided with me months back when I was trying to defend his having a cane in the movie? I got absolutely LAMBASTED by folks saying it was a sucky idea and even though I came at them with the argument of using it as a weapon (I studied kobudo and underwent leg surgery, had to use a cane after crutches and I could use BOTH like staves while balanced on one leg) but nobody bought into it. So, yeah, I say keep the cane as well.

As for a younger, sleeker version? Anybody remember the early 80's Clint Eastwood movie "Firefox"? THAT was a pretty bad-ass stealth jet. *sorry I don't have a readily available pic*
