Just to stray slightly from the topic, does anyone have the Takara repaint of Onslaught? From photos and seeing the Hasbro Onslaught in person, I prefer the less G1 accurate colours because they seem less garish. The more muted colours of the Hasbro Onslaught works better in my eyes for the alt mode as it makes it more convincing as a heavy duty vehicle.

i don't know, I still like the Henkei or takara Tomy version's colors.. we could always spray paint the original G1 Onslaught's gun a nice black finish..if one were to go that route instead...

saves one cash and is easily done.. especially if one were to buy that gun loose..

I love how most Transformers figures with fist holes use the same size(5mm right?) so that you can use different weapons with different figures.

I've been looking for a spare G1 Onslaught gun for Universe Onslaught to use so thanks for the eBay link!
