Ricky Claydon was nice enough to send us a scan of the upcoming cover of the Transformers Comic UK #2 issue which will be on sale August 16th. Issue #2 features Megatron on the cover. You can get more info about this comic series at the official Transformers Comic UK Myspace Page.

How is this a first look? There's an ad for the second issue with the cover image in the back of issue 1. Admittedly I don't think it's been anywhere online before but it's still been in the public domain for over a week.
