So it sounds like BBTS will be using a similar barrel plug on MP-05 that we saw a few days ago except they are going to attach it with glue.

I am very excited about BT-18. I can't wait for pictures.

Well, at least they update the MP Megs section after Primus knows how long. I'd better be in Mexico when it arrives, or I'll be anticipating it the whole damn trip...............

*edit* I just went to the site itself & am shocked at the plug. I see red first of all. Second, how could they constipate (sp?) Megatron?!?! He'll have plug in his barrel! The plug had better come out easily or I swear, I'm kicking ass. Mabye I'll find adhesive remover that doesn't damage Megs.........dammit...............

funny thing is everything i've read on this law, recently and in the past, specifies that the plug or cap must be bright-saftety orange in color. Neither of the plugs that have been shown have been

Why did you order with them? You knew BBTS was going to add an orange plug. Is it too late to cancel your order and order from another retailer?

I don't care if there is an orange cap, I just want him. And I'm not one to go past the toy laws, I respect them. I don't want my MP Megs confiscated, so I'll go w/the safest bet i can find. I'm still hoping I can get some adhesive remover.........

This plug was custom molded to meet the specifications of megatron and cast in high quality ABS plastic. Only the rounded tip of the plug will be visible, the shaft of the plug will be inserted into the Megatron barrel and attached with adhesive. The adhesive will be applied within the barrel at a depth of around 1/2", and will not be applied to the face of the barrel. The plug extends only 1/4" (6mm) from the end of the barrel to the end of the rounded tip. The plug is under 3/4" (17mm) wide and fits perfectly with the end of the Megatron barrel.

In other words. It can easily be removed with some well placed force to the back side of the plug.
