Don't like the AllSpark blue back windows. Looks like it's Henkei Ratchet for me.

I tend to buy both Universe and Henkei versions of toys.

But this one isn't just different from the Henkei version, it's uglier.

I've got the Henkei version on pre-order, just because it is supposed to be released sooner than this one. When this one hits the pegs here I probably pick it up to. I'll leave the Henkei one in factory condition and mod the Universe one so the head can come all the way up.

i'll be gettin this one over the henkei version for sure, i like the extra red on the bonnet n the new light bar

shame we can't see the bk of the box tho to see whos with him in the wave, i guess its red alert but so far no hasbro version has been seen.

You know, they could have totally painted those rear windows white instead of blue. It's not like ambulances make use or even want people looking into them.

For some reason, the blue kind of throws it off for me. Though maybe it'll look a bit different in person as opposed to seeing it on the computer. I'll definitely be getting my hands on it regardless.

Thanks to Seibertron.com member Arlin for again bringing to our attention that THE-ARKER has posted a new in package image of yet another anticipated figure. This time we see Universe Deluxe Ratchet and his card art for the first time.

Ratchet along with Hotshot with Jolt make up Wave 6 of the Universe Deluxe figures and are due out sometime in March.

Henkei all the way.

Why don't Hasbro get it over with and just make a figure that is nothing but allspark blue, orange/red, and yellows so that they can run out of those colors and never use them again?

My Ratchet and Ironhide are going to trade weapons... that red gun looks way out of place on Ratchet, but should fit in okay on Ironhide... and his gray weapon should be fine with the doc.

Agreed about the above comments about the AllSpark-Blue windows. Maybe the paint can be removed to just show the white plastic underneath...

That big piece of red on the roof in vehicle mode is kinda distracting, they couldn't of redone that in white like the rest?

Though it makes me consider taping off a + of the red and painting the rest white for the infamous red cross mark that was/wasn't on the original.

Quite true. Or dull suprise at being constipated.

But to me it looks like they drew his head crest wrong. Shouldn't it be a shallow V shape? It looks more horizontal and reminds me of how Blaster's visor sticks out. No big deal though.

Both look ugly as F**k, but if you buy both you could match the parts a bit to create a good looking figure.

Meh...no, not really. Just not enough about the Henkei figure to warrant an overseas purchase...

I'll be fine with Universe.

That's quite a pickle, neither one have a great design, and the lack of a cross on the shoulder is disappointing. I really would prefer a combination of the two, but I think I'll still go with Universe.
