It's out, just hard to find. Blame all the over buying by stores of the earlier waves. I found Red Rampage and Evac at a "Smart Toys" in a mall in Southeast PA.

Only ever saw one Rampage and Evac, didn't get them as I already have the originals and don't usually do repaints unless it's the seekers.
