Is it too early to start talking about our custom characters?

I'll eventually get around to doing a completely new character that's all mine, but I'm thinking about taking the scientist/jet and making a gold and red Swoop.

I'm going to wait 'till tomorrow, then come back.

Ok. First, I turned my Bumblebee into Cliffjumper. My Optimus Prime is still red and blue. But I turned his color tone to dark red and blue. It's cool because you can see more grey like paint is coming off. So he kinda looks battle torn. My Shockwave is black with purple. I think his jet mode looks cool like that.

I'm mainly trying to level up the Leader class since I don't have a lot of time to play.

Leader
name: Grit
Chassis: Heavy Rig (Optimus)
Colors: tan and brown

I liked the name Grit because of my handle (duh) and he fits pretty well since he was both a) a truck and b) a toy mold used for both an Autobot and a Decepticon, so it doesn't matter which side I end up on

I'm also sort of using the Scientist class

Anybody other than me unhappy about not being able to chose your character's head? I would also have liked to chose some basic physical things like shoulder armor as well.

Oh, well, save that for the sequel.

As for the characters I would name them, but nobody other than me will ever see that. I kind of wish there was an option to use the characters name instead of my username. Or at least both, and just use smaller font on the username underneath the big character name, so you would see "HAULER [weirdguy]" as my name on screen when rolling around as my dark blue Ironhide leader.

It would be nice to have more options, but I don't mind so much. especially because the models have to transform, so I imagine just skinning them isn't that easy. A full RGB color palette would help a ton though.

I agree that the game should use characternames instead of player, also when a character fall you should have to wait a cr period and use another from your stable
