The growth of industry has started to shrink the rainforest through farming, mining, population expansion, etc. During the course of their operations a mining company has stumbling across a new element that gives off incredible amounts of energy.

Workers with the company shrug off the local tales but change their minds when several miners disappear within weeks of the new discovery as well as much of the new mineral as well. Surviving witnesses also report large seeminly metallic insects.

Company executives dismiss reports as hogwash and hire a personal security company of ex military men (i.e Blackwater) who have seen action in Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran and Lebanon to protect something that could be worth billions to the company.

Pretty soon the hired mercenaries start disappearing at night amidst gun fire and screaming and the following morning all that is left of them are skinned bodies hanging from trees along with charred and broken pieces of metal that almost resemble feelers on the legs of insects.

Meanwhile...the energy signature of the newly discovered elements has attracted the attention more beings from space...namely the Autobots and the Decepticons who are on their way......"

That sounds awsome! Especially since the Predator movie takes place during the '80s, so it would totally fit right in. Or even that this new energy source is detected by the Ark's computer, and it decides to wake them up at this time from their long slumber. Oh, I would pay for THIS crossover comic definately.

Hey, anybody ever hear of a movie called 'Tron'? It's about a war taking place in the internet, with heroes and villains and all that.

An ambitious computer program has risen up to take almost all of the internet under its control. This is the Master Control Program (MCP). Armies of watchdog programs keep dissenters down as the MCP takes over more and more. But there is a group of security programs who fight to free the internet from the MCP's control. So a war takes place.

That's 'Tron'. My friend and I have Transformer-ized this movie, and we have created the series 'Transformers: Cyber Realm'.

Inside Vector Sigma, a war is taking place.........

Virus programs introduced by Decepticon hackers have begun to take over. These programs take the form of the Cybercons. Led by their core program, Gigatron, their goal is to claim Vector Sigma as their own, and for the Decepticons. They tend to use worms and trojans as weapons.

But Vector Sigma has its protectors as well. These antivirus programs are the Databots. Their leader is Optronix Prime (this name will probably be changed), and their goal is to stop the Cybercons, keeping Vector Sigma a free system.

A wild card in this equation is the Utiliens, which are comparable to Minicons in that they enhance the power and performance capabilities of whichever program they bond to.

This leads to something rather like Armada, only it's inside a computer.

Uh... I'm sorry here, but this seems a little one sided. Depending on how big you're thinking the Transformers would be, they could easily step on the Predator.

Aliens vs. Tfs, but using Quints as a "bridge species" so the Aliens acquire the ability to infect Tfs. Aliens are a bit technoorganic anyway, so it could work.

I tried to type a longer short synopsis twice as to who discovers the Aliens first in this AU story, (Decepticon scientists) but I must've taken too long typing and got the dreaded "Post not found" thingy.
Basically its them discovering the spacecraft on LV-426, sending in a guy to check it out, he discovers the egg chamber with a few dead Quints (they were the alien pilot's prisoners) with an unusual varient of the eggs close by. He is ordered to take samples of the eggs (i.e take a few back for study) takes first some normal ones, then attempts to take the different looking ones. The first odd one he tries to collect opens up and he gets something attatched to his face. He sends out a distress signal before he passes out, the 'con scientists topside pick this up and send somebody to go get him. He goes in, finds his friend with a metallic colored creature attached to his face. He tries to remove it, fails, and gets orders to bring him back to the ship to try and remove the organism.

Since this is AU, it can take place at any time, not necessarily the future.

I know this starts out like the movie Alien, but it gets diffent kind of quickly. Plus it wouldn't have to involve Autobots being the ones to kill the alien creatures, but could be done up different.

I wanna cross over all eras and versions of the Transformers! I mean, let's cross G1, Beast Wars, Beast Machines, the Unicron Trilogy...

All the sparks of every Transformer who ever lived now reside in the Matrix, right? Autobots, Decepticons, Predacons, Maximals... Imagine all the Primes hanging out together! Just think how much chaos and mayhem ALL the Megatrons could cause! Autobots and Maximals working side by side... Decepticons and Predacons doing the same thing... Every character from every era fighting side by side! Even after death their war continues, the objective being nothing less than control of the Matrix itself.

I have been thinking about this for a while now. What if some temporal anomoly or like a Transwarp accident happens and all generations and alternate universes are brought together. So G1 Megatron and BW/BM Megatron and A/E/C Megatron and all the other 'trons pool thier armies against the armies of all the Primes and Primal and Convoys. I can't seem to ever really decide who would win, but I think G1 Megatron with such a huge army and BM/BM Megatron as stratagist would probably take it all.
