Well, I don't see anything wrong with it yet. However, I do have a siuggeston regarding paintin techniques. Instead of paintint a base of siver and then just applying a black wash, Try painting a black base coat and drybrush the silver on over that. It will bring the details out more and give a more weathered armor appearance. If it still needs the wash after that, it will add to the effect. but just painting it solid silver and then using a black wash, won't give you the same effect. Try it on some scrap first, or look at some of mine, and you'll see what I mean.

I dunno. I think the weathered 'metal' came out pretty nicely. But now I'm curious as to what the difference in appearance would be.

Ptitvite's gonna have to do some samples now.

There really isn't anything I can think of that I dislike about the combined mode. It's looking amazing so far. The proportions are great and what is painted so far looks fantastic.

I understand what you mean about the more realistic paint scheme now and I agree.

I'm finding it to be a bit difficult to go back to my own customs because I'm so amazed at what you're making I want to make something like it myself. It's going to be a long time in my mind to find something that tops your creation.

I hope you keep all thee purple windows,the black washes really make it look constructicon-ish. It looks just so frikkin awesome!
by the way,are you gonna blackwash the unicron waist?

You exagerate. You have the skills to do stuff I would'nt dare. All your customs are an example to me. Your Devastator and Bruticus (hell, all your other combiners!) are the best examples. To articulate those small bots...I would have a hard time to try and match those.
As for the paint job (blackwash), once you try it, it is very easy to do. The only downside is that my fingers and nails are all black.

What three purple windows? There will be very little purple used on this bash. I want to keep the G1 essence but won't make it G1 accurate.
Instead, using blackwashed silver gives it a bit of "real" heavy metal motha foka!
And BTW, Unicron's waist is already blackwashed. He will be completely blackwashed or else, it will look funny.

For some reason the entire forum has been set back eleven days. All of the messages posted in that time are gone. Also, the friggin' 400 threads I moved from this forum into the proper sections are now back where they were originally. At the slow crawl of 1 thread per minute, that's a lot of time I've wasted.

I'm going to just wait until everything is fixed. I'm not moving any more messages or making any meaningful posts until this thing is sorted out. Gives me more time to catch up to Ptitvite's awesome work at least!

This has to be the best kitbash/custom on the web currently. This owns my work, Jins, Frenzys, practically ANYONE who has made a custom recently look like noobs in comparison to this masterpiece.

Theres no need to do anything mate, all people have to do is use a bit of common sense on their part and right click the image and hit "view image". So please continue to post them here.
