WST Question

- Weapon: Fusion Cannon
It's about the WST Optimus Prime. Can he move his lower arms down? I've seen pictures featuring his repaint (White Convoy) doing that, but most of the pictures of the original depict his arms being completely horizontal.

no worries, WST Prime can move his arms just fine. I've got him and a few others, and they're neat little guys.
