Hello everyone

I just wanted to know everyone's opinion about the Ligiier or clear Mirage and the Ghost SS. Im considering purchase these two in the future, but would like more information on them and people who has purchased both of them.

Any help would be great!

Thanks

ED Ligier is pure sex.

Ghost Starcream looks cool, if that's your thing. I don't have it though.

I didnt get ghost starscream, I have so many repaints of that mold. I do have Henkei Ligier (Electro Disruptor exclusive) and its awesome, its one of my favourites. I got mine from tfsource. I never owned a clear TF before so it was a win win situation. If you liked the classic mirage mold, then go for it. The black and clear parts are a perfect balance and I really like how the autobot logo stands out. This is the picture that sold me on him. Its from plasticcrack.net, if im not supposed to link to it ill take the link away. Image

I like some Transparent figs very much. Those two, I don't get. I'm not knocking them, I just don't get what's great about them. If these are up your alley, by all means, give em a home!

I see right through them :lol: :lol: 8-}

Views. Clear Figures. so freaking funny. Just kidding. It had to be done.

I like the look of them, and if I had extra money I would get them, but I just can't justify the price for deluxe size figure that I already have 3 versions of (Mirage, Dragstrip and Crasher, Starscream, Skywarp and Acid Storm)
Check out my sales thread, plenty of Generations, and Reveal the Shield figures for sale!!

If you owned these you would sell, throw away, discard, push back, or get rid of your other versions of these molds... if you could only have one of version of each mold.

I agree with Diem about ED Ligier, but Ghost Starscream is just a simple smidge less good.

Starscreams Ghost? Sure. Mirage? Makes sense. Every other time Takara does it? Pass. Maybe a reformating Megatron but that'd be it.

Cause we need 50 Primes, Megatrons, and BBees...

The gimmick fits, and they are great repaints. Plus, it allows yet another niche for collectors to choose.

A reformatting Megs would be cool too though.

I'm a mutant - clear figures don't excite me. :P Though that clear Ligier is pretty cool looking.

I don't like transparent figures as I think it makes it hard to see the details. Ghost SS is the only one I can see a point in.

I've never really been a fan of transparent figures, or overuse of transparent plastic in general. It just looks kind of cheap and gimmicky to me. Like all the Energon weapons. And the first iMacs. :p

Although, I gotta admit, that Ligier is one of the best-looking transparent figures I've seen.

I dunno, a fully white/clear Mirage/Ligier makes even more sense to me...

IDK, both clear Mirage and Ghost Starscream makes sense to me. It's Crystal Convoy that doesn't. But that doesn't mean that I don' want him!! :)
