This is Takara Tomy's AUTOBOT ALLIANCE version of Battle Blades Optimus Prime. Several things are different about this toy, most notably the inclusion of "battle hooks" instead of the "battle blades", as well as a different shade of red and several other color swaps. The Matrix is also painted silver. If you're on the fence about which version to get, this is probably the better version ... unless, of course, you want the blades included with the Hasbro version.
