As seems to be the case, e-Hobby is releasing each page for their limited exclusive Convobat figure - the redeco of Mindwipe along with an array of features, like a Titan Master Infinitus redeco and Ape-X Arms craft/ape vehicle - and today we have the third one. Check it out below, as the story continues to confuse, with Generations Straxus now being joined by.. Beast Machines Megatron?

It's looking more and more like this is some kind of Japanese continuity origin story for Optimus Primal and Megatron. Straxus apparently created both Convobat and Megalligator as clones of the original Convoy (Optimus Prime) and (G1) Megatron.

It looks to me like BM Megatron's control harness was originally a restraining harness Straxus used to keep Megalligator immobile while locked up.

Once more via the eHobby page for the upcoming exclusive Convobat (initially reported as Combobat) - the Titan Returns Mindwipe redeco with new Infinitus head - we have another addition to the comic that will come with the set. It's time for the Nucleon repaint to shine, as Megalligator gets some action!

I believe it's more of a flashback of what exactly happened before the very first page. At least we know why we never got a body for Megsie: it was blown to bits by Straxus, leaving only his head. And Darkmount as the location for his head experimentation...

It really is one of the best weapon accessories for transformers figs no matter who you put it on it makes them look bad ass.

In the background of the first panel are some wallmounted bodies, specifically those belonging to Hellwarp, Wheelie, and an Overcharge.

Also a pair of swords that I at first thought were the swords that came with the original Convobat/bat Optimus Primal toy, but look a little different instead (there's even a C-clip on each sword's blade right next to the hilt). :-?
