Coming to us from Collider and Toyark at the 2025 Toy Fair, we have the big reveal of the Cyberworld line. The line is for a young audience with very limited articulation. However, they are making the most of it with a giant Scorponok at the forefront, which acts as a base for other toys to interact with and lots of play features. That is very reminiscent of the G1 version both in size, look, and playability. The play features do encourage a lot of interaction, as you can see with Optimus interacting with the giant simple Grimlock. Below we have official stock images and images from the Toy Fair floor. The floor has more characters than seen in the stock images, which includes Chop Shop in Barrage colors. Also check out that G2 inspired Megatron using the 3 step TLK Hound mold.

As for the show, there will be 36 episodes on youtube that are 5 minutes long.

Since the Cyberworld set is all about adaptability, it's only fitting that Scorponok — a notable foe from Michael Bay's Transformers and its sequel, Revenge of the Fallen — is made to fit with all the Cyber Changers figures. This large-scale toy doubles as a play set with battle stations, a chest cockpit, and a cyber bike for the bots to go to war with in either of its forms. Moreover, it's able to swiftly and simply transition between its forms, whether you need a heavily armed mega-bot that towers above the rest or a beefed-up tank built to plow through the battlefield. Completing the package are a handful of interactive features, including a buzzsaw, claw hand, a sharp tail that converts into a powerful blade, and unique lights and sounds for each mode. Such a well-armed toy is a bit more costly though, retailing for $59.99.

Grimlock will be available for $29.99 while Megatron sells for $24.99, the armored Bumblebee and Galvatron figures go for $14.99, and the rest retail for $9.99.

All these figures look great. I think out of all the lines we've had over the last few years that were "Kid Friendly" this is the one I'm most excited for.

The rest goes from serviceable like Optimus, to totally epic and rad like Scorponok. Sky-Bite is funny and Fat G2 Megs is an obvious pre-tool for a possible return of AoE/TLK Hound!

Its not a pre tool, this IS the retool. They used the same TLK mold we already got, and you can still see Hound's head visibly molded in at the front of the vehicle.

Also, Sky Byte does have a precedent for that look:

So, that's a Hound that already existed before.
And, yup.

As for Sky-Bite, this makes the toy 100% legitimate to own for any serious, hardcore, and "mature" collector.

Man do I ever want that stupid ugly Scorponok, Megabull, and Sky-byte.

Also if they're doing this for Scorponok, I want to PLEAD with Hasbro to make an Omega Spreem.

Scorponok's colors remind me of his Marvel UK coloring with a dash of Energon Scorponok's colors:

Or maybe Superlink Megazarak:

Why they keep forgetting to give Scorponok all of his shoulder cannons is just meh. Kind of looks more like the spider slayer figure from the 90s so maybe it will get reused later on.

Speaking of reuse, that megatron us awful. Some of the others look good. Junkion dino will be a buy, bulls bot mode looks good. Looks like the unknowns or characters that aren't overly recognisable/poor representations will be tempting.

Hopefully kids will like them all

Scorponok is definitely the show stopper in this line. He wouldn't look out of place with a bunch of Action Masters hanging off him. Maybe they can redo him in Double Punch colors.

Somebody on Reddit (not sure if they're the source or not) pointed out that there's more figures in the background not part of the display. Alt modes don't mean anything in this line, but they appear to be Starscream, Elita 1, Barrage (using a Shrapnel body), and another Optimus Prime and Bumblebee.

For those that want to see, here's Knight Armor Hound from TLK. Looking at the figure it doesn't seem like much was done to Megatron besides a new head and gun.

I just had to order him, so when Megs come out, I'll have both side-by-side. It cost me below 30$CAN shipped from Norway. Meaning around the full price it was at the time, I guess? :-?

Not interested in this line, but if Hasbro comes up with decent Deluxes, I'll snap up a few as I lilke the concept designs.

Earthspark's Terrans got awesome Deluxes. Hope Hasbro will do the same for Cyberworld.

That's a sentiment many, many fans are sharing. They're forgetting that children are the backbone of Transformers. Without new fans coming in, the franchise is would have never last 40 years.

One argument I hear often is "kids don't like simple Transformers," unknowingly projecting their own tastes upon them. This is ironically a lack of maturity from these fans.

Ben’s World of Transformers has some pretty cool images of Cyberworld toys that we have not covered yet. We have an Elita-1 which uses the body of MTMTE’s Riptide, which is very peculiar. We also get a better look at Choo Shop who is very reminiscent of insect themed toys from the Beast Wars era and in a G1 Venom Livery. There’s also Starscream and off road versions of Optimus Prime and Bumblebee. These toys are 4 inches tall and have the same articulation and complexity as the Rise of the Beasts Battle Changers.

That does look a lot like Riptide, though Elita One being a boat isn't without precedent. Her very first ever toy was from Botcon 2009, where she turned into a boat (redeco of Cybertron Thunderblast).

This may be the line I'll be buying the most from this year.

There's something I love about Mirage's new Quinjet (is that what they're going for?) mode. Or maybe it's supposed to look like Courageous, the Guardian GoBot Power Warrior?

The Skybite-mobile is just so adorable, I may have to bite.

And as big a mess as that Grimlock is, I kind of like the idea that he turns into a throne/power-loader for Optimus Prime that looks like it could eat him. A play pattern intended to homage conflicts the two have had over the generations? And could making Grimlock and Scorpinok counterparts be an homage to Maximum Dinobots?

Not sure I'll end up buying anything from this line until I find it on clearance, but I'll certainly watch every tiny episode ASAP!

It cracks me up that based on articulation and general look of each toy… You could never guess what size class any of them are. Each one could literally be 1 inch or 1 foot in size. I thought Scorponok was a deluxe until I saw these photos.

To be perfectly honest, I think this line is a breath of fresh air. This has the potential to kind of refresh the franchise a bit. This is definitely a kid oriented line with simple engineering and transformations, sure. But I think if the collectors can get past the limited articulation and simplicity, and perhaps their own (for lack of thinking of a better word)-Prejudices against kid lines, I think they will find some really fun ideas here. I absolutely love the G2 Megatron look on that Hound. It's a clever reuse in my opinion. The fresh new takes on established characters are nice. Not everything is good per say but no line ever in the franchise has been perfect. That bigger optimus, in my view is terrible. BUT that second Optimus that has the off-road pickup look is really cool. I can't help but get a Landcross vibe from him. I don't understand the mold choice for Mirage but it does look good as Starscream. I love the off-road bumblebee alt mode design. Sky-Byte is fun. Scorponok is big and beautiful. Someone else mentioned his repaints and I would be all in for them.
There's a lot of really nice creativity here. And if the line catches on a bit I think there could be even more oddball designs and repaints coming.
For several years now I have been really focusing my collection on the Generations G1 cast and strictly new characters from other lines such as Earthspark and Cyberverse. Last "kid line" I went all in on was RID 15. I bought all the warrior class figures and while yes, they were simplified compared to Prime they were still really good designs and figures.

I also can't help but see this line as a "catch all" for Hasbro. Take a bunch of designs that were intended for other lines and mix them together into one big line. That off road bee sure seems to fit the Reactivate Bee look for example.

I dismiss the elitist opinion about how "awful" and "useless" this line is. They tend to forget that G1, after the initial Diaclone reuses, was all about experimenting with weird and fun gimmicks.

So, lines like these are indeed essential for Transformers to keep fresh and to experiment with new gimmicks and characters.

I can't wait to get my hands on most, if not all of the Cyberworld toys.

Scorponok is now on preorder at amazon.ca.

https://www.amazon.ca/-/fr/G1659/dp/B0D?tag=seibertron0b-20& ... QcnrU67rZJ

His price is just a 5/10$CAN above the leader price. I don't know how huge he will be, but I find the figure pretty exiting. I preordered my copy.

Some Transformers Cyberworld toys are coming in early, like the Chomp & Battle Grimlock. Chuckdawg1999 got his hands on one so we have a review for you below. It should be said though that this is a figure meant to interact with other figures, like the configuration with Optimus Prime. So since the other figures are not out, that whole aspect isn't shown.

In Demand Toys got some publicity stock photos for this line and one of them shows us our first look at Wheeljack's toy and... he's kinda bizarre, even for this line. He looks more Jazz simply colored like Wheeljack, complete with his helmet colored like Jazz's (with black painted around the ears so it looks like a Jazz/Wheeljack fusion helmet) and a front-bumper chest.

He doesn't even have a wacky new altmode that leans into the "fun" of the line like Megatron, Snarl, and others do. He's just "Wheeljack, but he's shaped like Jazz for some reason".

Why articulation are limited?

2 reasons.

First, it make transformations easier.
Second, il lower the parts count by a lot, thus reducing the price of the toys by a significant margin.

Also, this line is not meant for collectors, but for fun and quick play. This is the main point of the line. Going WOOOOSH and BAMBAMBAM, then transforming in 3 seconds for more WOOOOOSH and more BANGBAMGVANG.

That's it.

So they get to make these again in Studio Series in a few years. Hasbro always have a way to bleed your wallet dry if they didn't get you the first time.

Seriously, EarthSpark's warriors weren't bad to begin with, yet Hasbro followed up w/ Deluxes for many of them, and they were great figures. So we might have a chance to get these designs in Generations.

The best proof are the Rescue Bots in Legacy and AotP. It took years, but they did came.

I know people are mostly thinking "black Optimus", but I really hope it's a big blue and white ship. G1 Scourge already looks the part of a pirate captain and has the name to match.

Transformers Cyberworld is upon us! The toys have started coming out, with a sighting of Scorponok from the UK. And now we have official images of the wave 2 figures. These Cyber Changers are 4 inch figures that have less articulation than a deluxe figure but are priced at $11.99 USD. Those that come with an extra armor/weapon, like Offroad Optimus and Chop Shop, are 15.99. These have an August rekease date on entertainment earth, which is also the source of the images.
This series blends a lot of aspects from all over. Bumblebee sport his Prime headsculpt and Reactivate alt mode while Elita 1 is based on IDW Riptide and Chop Shop is based on Beast Wars Insecticon.

Anyone else seeing this?

Probably just me, but I feel like there's some retooling potential.
