Collectors living in the Netherlands now have a chance to catch up cheaply: the toy store chain Bart Smit has once again stocked so-called "Offre Èxceptionelle" 2-packs like last year. This year the 2-packs consist of a random Energon Wave 1 Mega with a random Wave 1 Basic, and they retail for only 15 Euros, half of the regular price of a single Mega!
