Thanks to wolixiaoqi of Weibo, we get our first look at the Collectors Coin for Masterpiece Roadrage! The Masterpiece Roadrage collector coin like all collector coins is only available if your Roadrage came from the Asia release of it. These collector coins are not available if you important your Masterpiece figures from a Japanese retailer for example. With Masterpiece Roadrage due out by the end of the year, let us know where you will be ordering your MP-26! I'm kinda disappointed they didn't give her the same gorgeous metallic paint as Tracks, but that robot mode! Gorgeous.

Takara's Transformer MP 26 Masterpiece Road Rage should be out any day now and to calm us over a bit, some new in hand images have surfaced over at Planet Iacon's facebook page. These are of the finished product. Now that people have seen the reviews on Tracks or have bought him, have your minds been changed on getting this retool/redeco? Would that even matter? Let us know in the discussion.

In all seriousness, I am rather disappointed at the lack of shiny. That said it isn't enough to put me off the figure. Hopefully she'll still be easily available by the time I have more money and space.

So this pretty much confirms that Clamp Down is coming out on Saturday (in Japan) with Road Rage and red 'Bee. It's the last weekend in December, and MPs seem to all be released on Saturdays.

It still amazes me how much of that toy's robot mode deco is based more on that of Animated Road Rage than the G1 Road Rage toy.

Hmm, RoadRage's red color looks better in these pics, maybe it's a trick of the lighting. She doesn't look as matte or de-saturated, and her face is really well-done. Is she actually shorter than MP Tracks or is that just perspective? Maybe Takara did something similar to what they had done with CHUG Wheeljack & Tracks' legs a few years ago, which were different length by a few millimeters. :-?

Blue lips would have been amazing, and fitting this is a masterpiece figure after all. That would've been a great paint application.
