First Video Review and More In Package Pictures of Nezha : Transformers Nezha Toy

Seems kinda weird to me to see a robot with a human face and what looks to be flesh like body parts ( ie. hands arms, feet ). I know the boy becomes the robot somehow but it still seems off in my brain.
The car reminds me of a pimped out 300.

So the new gimmick is 'chestmasters'?

Fellow Seibertron user and YouTube reviewer, Chuckdawg1999, has dropped us a line, letting us know that he's done a new video review of the Nezha: Transformers toy, the Nezha Power Up Pack! This toy is part of the China exclusive series that features Chinese mythology crossing over with Transformers (which feature their Cyberverse designs).

Nezha is from a 2003 cartoon based on Chinese folklore, represented by a detailed mini-figure that can fit into the chest of the larger robot, like a Brainmaster. Transformation is smooth and the robot has more articulation than any other Ultra Class figure. While these figures tend to be a little pricey, if you can find one for a price you're willing to pay I definitely recommend it.

Probably doesn't count as its Chinese only, plus Prime may have only been a one off anyway

Judging by some of those pieces, this guy is BIG. I'd love to see comparisons with Lego Op, and even Kreo Grimmy in dino mode.

Yeah, he'd be about as big as the previous Optimus they did

That kid has way too many parts left over...

The two seem to share weird fists but they look smaller on Optimus to me.

This is not technically a breaking news style article, but more to inform fans who have been asking where to get these officially licensed building block sets of Transformers Cyberverse characters. The questions came about when we revealed the Grimlock building set the other day since it looked cool and completionists wanted to add these official sets to their collection. It turns out that Grimlock is just the latest in a series of officially licensed sets within the Chinese exclusive Transformers Nehza subline. We had a Cyberverse Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee and Starscream sets before that. While the sets are officially licensed, they are not of actual Lego bricks but by Xiaomi which imitate the Lego Technic bricks (similar to how Kreo-O imitated the standard Lego building system).

They can be purchased on Ali Express. Fans were saying that this would effect a partnership with actual Lego, but as we now know, this is not the case, since after Kre-O and while these technic style sets are being released, Lego still partnered with Hasbro to make a Lego Optimus Prime. All these sets can be disassembled and rebuilt into the alt modes.
