Bugbite is a new version of a Botcon 2007 exclusive from one of the more popular sets, and previous to that was a Japanese e-Hobby character, which was a character based (semi-officially) on a Go-Bots toy from the 1980s.

This special edition WFC-GS13 Hubcap figure is the first modern era update inspired by the 1986 Mini-Vehicle mail-away. He even features the classic orange face unique to the original toy release. Hubcap is a character with some serious identity issues. Not only is he often confused with Bumblebee for being of similar size and color, but the original 1986 mail-away mislabeled him as Cliffjumper. Not that anyone knew who Hubcap was at the time anyway. Though he appeared in the 1986 Mini-Vehicle assortment, he was only introduced into Transformers entertainment in 2007 with the release of IDW's Megatron Origin Issue #3.

Just got an email from Pulse about them but the links say: "The page that you are looking for could not be found."

Pretty neat. But there's just something about the G2 Megatron... That silver head on top of a wildly different colored green body with purple blotches - it makes him look like he's wearing pajamas or something.

Yeah, Selects G2 Megatron looks like a nice update to the original.. But does he scream "mEgAtRoN AtTaCk!" when you press down his head?..

A pre-G1 classic! The Transformers Generations Selects Deluxe Spinout and Cordon 2-Pack draws inspiration from classic Diaclone toys released before the original Transformers toy line from Hasbro. The white Cordon and the red Spinout are ready for battle against the Decepticons as some of the elite Autobot warriors that just never quite made it into their biggest adventures. These WFC-GS20 Cordon and Autobot Spin-Out figures are Hasbro's first U.S. release of the characters. These characters are based on two of the original Takara Tomy Diaclone figures. Originally, the Spin-Out Diaclone was redeo'd yellow and released as Sunstreaker, now a Sunstreaker figure returns the favor. WFC-GS20 set designed for ages 8 and up.

I figured the Sunstreaker mold would get a Diaclone-themed Selects release, but I did not anticipate that they would make both. Interesting!

Preordered solely to add them to my IDW shelf as Machination Sunstreaker clones. Already got Red Wing but happy it’s more widely available to others! No interest in Universal Megatron as I’ve never been.

Definitely preordered Redwing, not missing out on this second chance to get him.

Gorgeous both of them. Not at all what we expected. I whish the Prime mold wasnt being milked so hard so fast but I really want this. Will probably have to wait though, too many things on order as is.

The mint on Ratchet does not quite fit the figure as well as the original artwork does, one of those things where artists vision =/= reality, but I like it

This is the first shattered glass figure (set) that I'm buying, I just wish Prime came with his trailer.
