According to the latest news from Dark Horizons, the Holloman Air Force Base in Alamogordo, New Mexico is set to be a "major location" in the upcoming film. This news shouldn't be considered 100% proof, however, as the wording of the original statement casts some doubt as to whether or not filming will actually take place there.
