Ever since Armada made one of its many translation errors and called Tidal Wave "Shockwave," fans have assumed this is his name. Raijin Optimus of tfw2005 has confirmed that Shockwave will indeed be Tidal Wave´s Micron Legends name. Also, they have the first picture of what may be his Japanese paint scheme, here. Keep in mind it is unsure whether or not this is a Photoshop job from the magazine, or an actual photo, but either way it´s already a marked improvement.
