Movie Toys Sighted In Australia!

Posted by Air Commander Starscream May 19, 2007 at 1:28am CDT 13,556 views
Fellow Seibertronian Sheogorath discovered at her local K-Mart, that the Transformers Movie Toy Line has hit the Australian shores! Here is what she had to say:

Yep. Not only the deluxes, but the voyagers, Real Gears, Cyber Stompers, Leaders, FABs and Legends. Found them all at Kmart, and they're all on sale!

btw, and as we all know, there's a 20% off action figures sale at Kmart, but the normal prices are: $16.99 for Real Gears, $26.99 for Deluxes, $45.99 for voyagers and $95.99 for Leaders. Oh, and the Cyber Stompers were like $20.99 for some bizarre reason.

So if you live in Australia, keep your eyes peeled!

More Bots. More News. More Awesome.

I didn't pay much attention to the things I'm not interested in, ie: Cyber Stompers, legends, plushies, FABs etc. But they had the whole first wave of Deluxes (Protoforms, Barricade, Brawl, Bumblebee, Wreckage, Scorponok, Jazz), but only Blackout and Ratchet for voyagers, and only Leader Prime. They also had the binoculars, phone, game and camera Real Gears. No Booster x10 :(

edit part 2!: Doh, I forgot they also had the voice changer helmet >.<

Cool. thanks. They're the only ones I'm interested in also.
Damn those Leaders are always so damn expensive here.

Thanks Sheogorath for the heads up! :)

Just went to K-Mart Firle in Adelaide. They had heaps of stuff there but obviously had more earlier today. I managed to pick up Barricade for $19.99. He was the only different deluxe fig apart from the 2 Protoforms.

But they did have Classic Legends (movie figures) for $5.99. Leader Class Optimus Prime was $75.96. The FABs were just over $21 (this is all with their 20% off sale). I also noticed that they had the 2 G1 PLUSHies (Prime and Bumblebee)... they looked pretty cool too!

I actually went in three times today, coz I kept thinking "Hmm, damn, I should have gotten that one too!" and over that time, they did seem to be selling like hotcakes. For example, there were heaps of Brawls the first time, but the second time I got the last one.

Coincidentally, I went to a different K-mart earlier this afternoon and they had nothing except Protoforms! I wanted to buy a movie fig that transforms in to a vehicle, not a comet!

So I'm glad I got the chance before they closed!

My K-Mart here in GA has most of this stuff out too. The computers will only let them sell about half of it. I guess it doesn't matter what state, country, etc., K-Marts are incompetent all over the world!
