Nothing new about this one. I've had the purple (there's a blue version as well) version of this KO (same packaging) for months and it's shown up in the KO thread a few times before.

This is old news. I can't figure out why they KO'd the figure but chose to go with some generic head.

What is that head, Galaxy Force Sonic Bomber? His ugly cousin?

This knock off doesn't bother me nearly as much as those boxed G1 price killers.

You guys should frequent the knockoff thread. This has been mentioned on the knockoff thread months ago (August 8th!) and has been available through several sellers for a long time.

BTW - Looking at the trigger, it seems to be based on Astro Magnum's mold (the pre-Shockwave toy from ToyCo), not Shockwave. Astro Magnum had the more phallic shapped trigger, like this boy, Shockwave had a flat trigger.

There are a couple different color of this toy (dark and light purple), and they also make a version of CLassics Megatron in the same package with a new head mold and electronics added to the scope which blink and beep.

So, is this one available yet at Big Lots etc?

Ok, this topic can go two ways now; someone tells me to shut up & it just gets lost among the occasional "this is old news" post, or someone replies with another trigger-related innuendo. If it's the latter, then let the euphemisms fly...

Eh, triggers are more fun to make innuendo about than 3-times KO'd toys.

.....You know Masterpiece Megatron's trigger is pretty big.....& it runs down the side of his leg.....

That'd be pretty difficult when excited... He wouldn't be able to move his leg...
Beast Wars Dinobot has a humorously placed trigger-of-sorts, in beast mode the spinning blade weapon trigger ends up just a bit further back than you'd expect it.
His trigger creates a spinning motion... he really should see a doctor about that...

Hm, knockoffs don't bother me too much. They just look like Shockwave's mindless drones. You know, you could let a little kid play with them until he smashes this thing into a purple pile. That's what they're good for. Unless they went on to smash Shockwave. Then you can get upset.
