Aaaaaand now I must stand corrected. It turns out that this ISN'T based on the Million Publishing-proposed redeco of Drift. That one wasn't Deadlock like we thought it was. This toy looks really cool, it is a clever idea for a repaint, and I'm going to buy it. When MMC's Turmoil figure comes out in 2019 they can hang out and be pals.

Tell IDW to paint ANY character black and write a backstory, and watch the fandom break out your wallets. I bit on SG Drift just for the hell of it, so Im gonna pass on this repaint.
