Wal-Mart has released a new Advertisement for the incoming back-to-school season, featuring several huge name brands, including Transformers The Last Knight! The ad depicts Batman, The Power Rangers, Optimus Prime and Bumblebee, and more headed back to school with respectively branded school supplies.
As the commercial continues we see that these characters are actually children who feel like their superhero counterparts because of their new backpacks and bags.

Check out the full advert mirrored below!

Gross. Bad enough when they have this back to school junk in August, but in July is just ridiculous. It's like they're just trying to rub it in to the kids "haha you have to go back to school, no more fun". My sympathies to those effected.

All I thought of when watching that video was "Man, to see all those rivaling properties together in a big crossover of Transformers, Power Rangers, and Justice League would be awesome to my younger self."

Bee's proportions look a bit strange but these are great figures.

I'd actually really like Sqweeks. Hell, I'd be tempted if he was actual life size.

Bumblebee's head is a lot bigger than usual. Transformers in general have smaller heads in proportion to human heads. But there are some Transformers who have large heads (especially in the movies.)

Still, Bumblebee is a good looking statue.

Yeah, it's the larger head that's making it look different. Makes me think it's a very high quality cosplay

Yeah which is also something that confuses me. These are statues? But are articulated like action figures? I thought statues was the name for non-articulated figures. I go see some statues at a museum and I can't move their arms and legs no matter how hard I might try.

Well that's just because you're not using the full potential of your upper body strength. Put some elbow grease into it! :-P

Exactly. With enough force and willpower, you'll find that any statue can be a partsformer. :o)

Serious question then, what would you call them? I couldn't think of a better word then statues, plus they're not given an actual title in the anime express listing. Up for suggestions of any kind!

These are high end collectable figures, like the Sideshow ones.

Joining the likes of Batman, Wonder Woman, Superman, Power Rangers, and more, Transformers characters Optimus Prime and Bumblebee - in their live action movie incarnation, most probably The Last Knight - feature in a new Walmart ad for their Back To School line of licensed merchandise - such as the ones seen here! Check out the short clip below.

Courtesy of Amazon Japan, we have images of some replicas from Transformers: The Last Knight of objects you might not think of at first as being relevant, but fandoms around the world have always inevitably fallen for: swords. That's right, the prop company goodluck have provided Prime's sword (at about $200), Megatron's cleaver ($130), and Excalibur ($100) - including some spoilers for the movie on that last one, revealing the identity of the Last Knight themselves. Check them out below!

Heh, they sure didn't name those swords very creatively. "Optimus Prime sword", "Megatron sword", and "Cade Yeager sword".
