Member El Duque has alerted us to even more images of PE-01, Shadow Warrior images, produced by 3rd party Perfect Effect. It appears that yes, he will have pile drivers, and will transform targetmaster style into a set of shoulder guns for Fansproject's Shadow Commander, or into a weapon for any Transformer with the 5mm peg slot. No word yet on price, however TFW is claiming that there will be 4 robots released in short order. Shadow Warrior in January, another version in February and another two later on with different altmods. Could Rumble and Frenzy be among them? Only time will tell.

I still would perfer to see the proper colors but if the cost is low, I might grab him just for my Scourge.

They plan on releasing four versions, I'm confident that Rumble and Frenzy decos will be among them.

What he said, and this little guy bares a striking resemblance to a the character featured in FP's Shadow Commander's package art. They also show him paired up with Shadow Commander, hence this deco is call Shadow Warrior. When and if they release this guy in Rumble/Frenzy decos (which I'm sure they will) I doubt they will be careless enought to actually call them Rumble/Frenzy.

Copyright is so annoying. Remember the first WST Dinobot was called Snarl. They got into trouble and had to call them all Dinorobots Commander, Flamethrower etc. Then the Fansproject City Commander not Ultra Magnus and the DIA Commander for Powered Convoy. At least this way they can avoid all the trouble.

Back on topic, I look forward to getting these little guys. Might not get this one as I don't have Shadow Commander though. Prices please.

Pretty sweet. I'm definitely intrigued, but cost is going to be an issue, I think. The price on those God Swords is making me nervous.

Haw, Rumble as a dual chain gun, I love it! He would actually look pretty good with Universe Onslaught too when you think about it, because all he has at the moment is that little arm gun.

I love them, must must must have for Shadow Commander. Looking at the Chain Gun Barrels/Pile Drives, it looks like there's a groove and switch set. I wonder if they are like that to give the compacting ability or if they are going to put in springs and give them some recoil action.

I understand your point....

But instead of suing, Hasbro should hire these guys !!! Replace their tired old staff thats too scared to copy the henkei paint schemes and sell em in America. Seriously those guys should be flipping burgers and the creators of this "shadow warrior" should be on the Hasbro production team.

...would be better as a cassette but, meh. Im loving these guys just for the robot mode.

At least we know there'll be red and blue versions. One for "Ultra Magnus" and the other for "Powered Convoy".

I gotta admit, though, .... not too keen on these fellas. As nice and show-accurate as the bot modes are, I'd be more jazzed about Music Label Soundwave .... or even G1 Soundwave accessories.

So in order to have twin shoulder guns for Shadow Commander, you'll have to buy 2 Shadow Warriors? Depending on how much this guy is that may be worth it. And it would be cool for him to carry around a couple of little minions with him. And after all, Shadow Commander needs someone to command.

Going to have to get at least one of these. Would like 2 but I'm currently using the DIA missile launchers on my Shadow Commander so I probably don't need them.

Waiting to see all the colors and the pricing before making any decisions though.

Laserbeak is the sole saving grace of that toy. If you want to go above and beyond, Galaxy Force Soundblaster (Logos Prime) comes with Buzzsaw! I haven't ordered Device Label Ravage yet but having Music Label Soundwave, Universe Ravage, C Laserbeak and GF Buzzsaw all together on my Classics Cons shelf makes me all warm and fuzzy inside! :SMUG:

Don't recall Laserbeak. My only concern with DL Ravage was damaging the USB plug. I've seen plenty bend/break. (That's USB plugs in general, not on Ravage) I'd thought about DL Soundwave, but he has no handholes for Rumble and Frenzy. My next thought was Animated, if the screw pockets on the forearms would hold them...

The plug is fine on DL Ravage: in stick mode the plug can retract inside his body, and in jaguar mode his plug is protected by his body. It's pretty damn safe.

Very nice use of a limited scale. Normally, I'm not too enthused over additions to the most famous of 3rd party additions (by a different 3rd party), but this guy is nice. Frenzy/Rumble needed to become something different from a cassette, the form is just too constraining. As gun mounts Rumble/Frenzy is a bit large, but works.

I assume he was wholely inspired from the picture. Which is cool, like Nova Prime, and HOS Prime.

I hope Siebertron informs us of when this guy's on sale. I'd only get one, and pray for a red redeco.

Booster X-10, that's it. I have him sitting on Classics Voyager Megatron and he'd not too much too big. Bigger than I want, yes, but not too bad. The detail on him makes up for the bigger size.
