The full dinosaur set comes out really well with them, all being bigger and more articulated than the original.
The new textures and colours also makes them really eye catching.
I like the newer, more realistic style better for the dinosaurs but actually prefer the original look of the Pterosaur.
The Giganotosaurus is easily my favourite of the individual beast modes.
Loving the spiked spine running down the figure and how thick and chunky he looks.
Also nice to have the mechanical robot leg pieces tucked away.
The Elasmosaurus/Plesiosaur is nice in the way that it looks more realistic with it's shorter yet chunkier neck that actually looks more pleasing and proportional.
The downside is that it's not super long and bendy like the original which was always fun.
Although I'm fine with it how it is, I wouldn't mind seeing how an upgrade kit would look with a long and way more bendy neck would be.
Not much to say on the Quetzocoatlus other than it's bigger and better articulated without the original flapping-wing gimmick.
I much prefer the original neck and head design over the new one and also the flexy/rubbery wings I hope will hold up to time.
The big bad himself, Magmatrons combined mode is suitably towering and feels much more solid than the original.
Couple of things I'm not keen on is the rubbery sword that stores in the Gigas tail. It clips in very securely which means it bends and flexes quite a bit when you try to unclip it/pull it out. (Hoping for a hard plastic upgrade kit)
Also wishing for an adapter to mount the Plesiosaur shield on the side of the arm rather than just the back.
Just a nice standing pose with his sword down.
Took me a while to get it so the Legacy's sword wasn't bending all over the place.
Bit of a cheat here in that I unclipped the waist swivel which does give you an ab crunch to work with but you can hide it with camera angles.
Also, as I got my old one down for these comparison shots, i managed to show he's no slouch either for posing.
Lastly, the magmasaur.
Just a big, silly chimera mode and although it's not as clean looking as the original, the increased side gives it such a presence.

Definitely getting this, but it's sad that the price of better individual -saurs and 'bot mode is that (what other fans called) "Dino-orgy-mode" now looks less like "Crime-Against-God-Mode" (as I always called it, in homage to Albegas) than the crime of someone fan-moding toys that weren't actually designed to combine.
And just after we get a TM2 Megatron that eliminates the pesky rubber of the original, we get an update of Magmatron that DOES have tons of rubber where the original didn't?!? This smells like another one of BW Megs' history-altering time-travel schemes to get revenge for what Magmatron did to him in that first IDW Beast Wars series!
Maybe HasTak's getting too reliant on 3P upgrade companies. Sounds like this could require a whole new/fake Skysaur.
Not that it isn't awesome overall!

The rubber is there for safety reasons, obviously.
After all, even Transformers need a rubber to be safe. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I know, but the rubber's gotta' meet the road someday, and we'll see if it's safe from cracking.
It's also that I backed that last HasLab partly because my original RID Op and Magnus's tires endured the decades as poorly as anyone else's, hence my TF rubber aversion.
But I'll still trade the original's action features for a Gigantosaurus big enough to live up to the name any day!

Oh look, it's him again
I can't find the original article so I'll ask here, any idea when Rsvlts are releasing their 40th anniversary shirts?

It probably should be noted that I’m in the Midwest, so your area could be completely different, but numerous Target stores near me (15-35 mins) have had Origins Wheeljack. He’s gone super-fast; the closest stores to me have been sold out, and a couple others just a bit further out canceled my pick-up orders because the last copy was gone before my order could be processed.
But today it finally worked out with a store roughly 20 mins away. And the 20% off was definitely nice.
Anyway, if you’re still looking like I was, don’t give up hope yet!

From the Facebook page of Armada Rad-Core, it's Legacy United Deluxe class Cybertron Universe Hot Shot.

Hi, I’m Rad and i would like to tell you about Legacy United Deluxe Class Cybertron Universe Hot Shot!
This turbo revving young punk is a modern update to the original Cybertron toy, with a few alterations in proportions and modern articulation, it comes with his Cyber Key, which unfortunately no longer actually activates any gimmicks, the spoiler/wings have to be manually pulled out.
His weapon is blast effect compatible which is a nice touch, he is a great update to the original toy, though does take a few liberties but thats to be expected when the show was 1:1 toy accurate i think a modern update should be able to play around a little.

That's awesome. Now let's avoid Prime vs Prime's forthcoming video so we're all surprised when it's out.

I don't like his arms at all, his elbows are far too low. They should have found a way to combine the elbow with the wheel pin to make it look more natural.

Thanks to the Facebook page of Armada Rad-Core, we have our first in-hand images of the Legacy United Deluxe class Cybertron Universe Hot Shot! It looks to be a pretty faithful update of the original Cybertron toy (which is probably leaving Prime fans a little salty).

While not officially revealed by Hasbro, it's likely that Hot Shot is in Legacy United Wave 3, as leaked figures tend to be in imminently upcoming Waves.
How are all the Armada/UT fans feeling about this update? Does it satisfy what you want in a new figure? Are you on the fence about it? Share your feelings on this new addition to the Legacy Unicron Trilogy lineup below!

Much like the the Cy-Op he's standing next to, he's good, but I still have my original, so unless his articulation and deco allow him to do something show-accurate that the OG-E-HS can't...easy pass.
I mean, I'm glad Cybertron/Galaxy-Force is getting the respect it's due in Legacy since it produced my 5th favorite TF cartoon of all time, but even if it was an update of someone I missed, like Megatron/Galvatron, I'd be just as likely to shell out for vintage as buy the new one. I love that line, despite the misplaceable Cyber-Keys.
Though I did buy Velocitron Override, which might be my weakness for updated fembots since I'd also buy a Legacy Tunderblast...but her toy had several problems to fix, and she could be repainted into female Sweeps to prey on my weakness for army buildin'!

I'm not sure why, but for some reason, when I first saw the pictures, Armada Blurr popped into my head as a viable re-mold of this figure.
