Toronto TransformersCon 2007 Exclusive Update

how come all these conventions are so far away from me! Granted they just did Toy Fair in NYC and for what I got to attend, it was a good time.

But all thes TF specific conventions are always like: "Center of the ocean to host BotCon, before it moves next year to the Earth's core. Rumors are abound that after that it will be held in a cave on the moon!"

I'm happy for you folks in those areas, but just once; Meadowlands Convention Center, or Jacob Javits. I'm surrounded by so many places to host this, nearly every hotel in Norther NJ has a Convention Hall. In Lyhdhurst alone, there are 6!

Botcon is in Providence, RI. I wouldn't say that's too far from you if you went to Toy Fair.

I can walk to the Holland or Lincoln Tunnel from my house, even the GWB. Toy Fair was like going out to lunch. I left late and was home early, I took the ferry, no big deal. It was a total 20 minutes of travel.

RI is a road trip, granted a very short road trip, but a road trip non the less. Time off is something I realy can't take with bills and so many great bots ever on the horizon!

Thats why just once I'd like for it to be here. I'd get a Siebertron t-shirt and write Liege Evilmus on it in hopes of finding some of you guys. We'd tear it up at the show then afterwards fly over to my place, share my collection with some kindered spirits and just have a real good time!

Next time one's in Montreal, I'm smegging THERE. I'll probably be too busy in late April to make a trip to Tarana.
