StarWars.com has posted an interview with voice actor Corey Burton, known among Transformers fans for his roles in Generation One (Brawn, Shockwave, Sunstreaker) and Transformers Animated: (Megatron, Ratchet, Shockwave). Although primarily about his role in his work in "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" (in which he voices, among other characters, Count Dooku), his voice work on Transformers is mentioned, along with his opinion on the vocal style brought to the live action movie.

Indeed he does. I scence a disturbance in the force, theres an edit coming. Or at least there should be. Any way back on topic, I think Burton is one of the best VAs of all time. He has almost as many voices as Welker.

An excelent voice actor. I'd love to see him performing a character in the live action movie.

He was the voice of Spike too, right? I also see his name on The Boondocks. Anyone know whose voice he does on that show?

Nothing at all against Frank Welker because he's a great Megatron...But I really love Burton's Megs voice in Animated...And of course his Shockwave in both is excellent...
