The artwork is not about the robot designs here, but as stated they are the designs for the setting elements: the solar collector, Grapple's studio, and more.
Check it out if you are into the Generation One show designs. Jim Sorenson keeps sharing more and more cool items that were cut from his great informational resource books, THE ARK COMPENDIUM, and THE ARK COMPENDIUM II.

I think he's done things like this before, but not of this particular one. I've seen images similar to this - positive one for Minerva's been done, for example - but this specific one's new.
